Dr. Vivian Schiedler enjoys practicing the full spectrum of ophthalmic and orbital surgery, including functional and cosmetic work. Whether preserving vision or enhancing her patients’ natural beauty, her goal is to help her patients thrive and lead productive and fulfilling lives, both here and abroad.

She worked for several years at Kaiser Permanente in San Diego, serving 500,000 members in the region, taking care of a wide variety of oculoplastic problems, and did high volume surgery, with more than 400 cases per year. Wanting to return to Oregon once again to be closer to family, she has served the Southern Oregon and Northern California region for the past 3 years. She is now in solo practice in Ashland in order to provide an intimate setting where patients can receive exceptional and customized care.
